Canyon Music Woodworks, located at 734 East 2nd Avenue in Durango, Colorado, is an acoustic stringed instrument store serving the Four Corners area and beyond.  We are authorized dealers for Bourgeois, Martin, Taylor, Baden, National and Revival guitars; Weber, Kentucky and Revival mandolins as well as Nechville, Stelling, and Gold Tone banjos.  Our inventory includes entry through professional level instruments.  The store carries stringed orchestra instruments for rent or sale.  Strings, capos, tuners, instructional books and other accessories are also available.  We have experienced instructors that offer lessons for guitar, banjo, mandolin and violin.

We are committed to customer service and supporting the acoustic music community with fine quality instruments at affordable prices.  Our experienced staff can perform many adjustments and repairs on-site.  More difficult repairs can be handled by our luthier.

A weekly jam is held at the store on Tuesdays starting at 6PM.  This jam is for all levels of players and any style of acoustic music is welcome.
